In a recent development, it appears that the identity of Emma Corrin’s character in the highly anticipated film Deadpool 3 may have been unveiled. Speculations suggest that the talented actress could potentially be portraying a well-known X-Men adversary from the early 2000s.
What will Emma Corrin’s Deadpool 3 Role Reportedly be?
Corrin will play Cassandra Nova in the Deadpool 2 sequel, according to insider @CanWeGetToast. Nova is Charles Xavier’s evil twin sister, who is attacked by Charles in the womb and survives to exact revenge on him.
Cassandra Nova originally debuted in 2001 in New X-Men #114. She was the first major opponent in Grant Morrison’s run, and she symbolized the polar opposite of Charles Xavier, being responsible for the deaths of 16 million mutants by destroying Genosha.
I can confirm that Emma Corrin will be portraying Cassandra Nova in #Deadpool3.
